What Is Ceramic Coating

As cars evolve, so too do the ways we maintain and protect them. Today, ceramic coatings are the go-to paint protection systems on the market. By definition, they are high-solid inorganic coatings. Very much like glass, they are silica (SiO2) based, and this reflects into their end-use properties, such as chemical inertness and hardness. Due to their high inorganic content and the lack of self-leveling ability, they can only be manually applied by hand. Right after application, the coating transforms into a super-slick inorganic shell that seals the paint and dramatically enhances its chemical and physical properties.

What Are the Benefits of Ceramic Coating

Ceramic coating not only gives automotive paint a candy-like look, but also changes the chemistry and morphology of the paint surface. One of their well-known benefit is their extraordinary protection against dirt and chemicals that attack your car's paint and make it look older even in the early stages of your ownership.

Our professional series of ceramic coatings are extremely chemically stable and do not break down under harsh conditions. Our coating has also exceptional water beading and dirt run-off capability. The hard shell that they create improves resistance to scratching and protects the paint against chemical etching, UV rays, and oxidation.
